Students:Upon successful completion of the classroom course, students receive certificate of competition, good two years certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Classroom:  receive certificate right after class.  Online:  Print a seller/sever receipt of course competition. 

Texas Law:Anyone who sells, serves or delivers alcoholic beverages including persons who immediately manage, direct, supervise or control the sale or service of alcoholic beverages must be TABC Certified in order for the business to continue to receive "Safe Harbor" from fines and penalties related to employee actions.  Protect your business by requiring All Employees be Certified! 

Businesses:If all employees go through TABC certified approved course (including immediate managers) the business could get restrained administrative case, also known as "Safe Harbor"! This simply means if all of your employees (including immediate managers) are TABC seller/server certified, your alcoholic beverage license might be protected from a fine, suspension or revocation.  Other benefits may include:  Other benefits include:  Lowing liability insurance costs, more knowledgeable and responsible employees, as well as a defensive in civil lawsuits.

Curriculum Includes:Preventing sales to minors, detecting fake I.D.'s, recognizing  intoxication, cut-off intervention strategies along with the legal consequences of selling or making alcohol available to minors.  We also touch upon alcohol poisoning, binge drinking, drink tampering, and revocation or suspension of trainee certification.
